• We use the United States Postal Service and UPS to ship our products.
• We provide tracking information for all orders.
• Most items are shipped within 2 business days of the order date (unless otherwise noted), which excludes Saturday and Sunday. 
• We use recycled boxes whenever we can to be environmentally conscious. 
• Please note we are unable to ship outside the continental United States. 
• If you live in or are visiting the Austin area, we do allow order pickup upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements at buystuff@amysicecreams.com.
